Commercial Representation

Mr. Nugent has represented a wide range of commercial clients in litigation related matters, including automobile dealerships, builders, contractors, manufacturing facilities, law offices, real estate entities, a hotel, and a condominium association, to name a few.

Representation of commercial clients has included prosecution and defense of claims such as breach of contract, civil racketeering, trade secret misappropriations, etc.

He has also represented a national union in defense of allegations of violence and intimidation occurring on picket lines.
